Remember when the only movies celebrating 25 years were old boring movies our parents enjoyed? Time marches on I suppose as War Games hits the 25 year mark. MGM will celebrate with War Games: 25th Anniversary Edition this June on DVD.

The Matthrew Broderick metaphor will be presented in Anamorphic widescreen and Dolby Digital 5.1 supplements are still being hammered out, but this should be a nice release from MGM.

With a suggested retail price of only $14.98, the two disc special edition will make a nice alternative to Tic-Tac-Toe on June 10th.
