As we had announced some time earlier already, Buena Vista Home Entertainment has scheduled the latest installment in the teenage horror series “Scream” for release on July 4.

Coming as a Dimension Collector’s Edition, Scream 3 is the final chapter in Wes Craven’s highly successful franchise.

Now, the DVD’s final contents have been revealed. The “Scream 3” DVD will carry a suggested retail price of $29.99 and showcase behind the scenes bonus footage from all three “Scream”“ films. The special features will include outtakes, deleted scenes with commentary tracks from Wes Craven and the crew, an alternative ending, theatrical trailers, Creed’s music video ”What If,’ as well as cast and crew bios.

Fans may also be pleased to hear that Buena Vista is planning to release a special “Scream Trilogy” box set on September 26, featuring a fourth bonus DVD-ROM.
