West Coast Video start DVD rental for the Holiday Season

LANGHORNE, Pa., Nov. 6 — West Coast Entertainment
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: WCEC) today announced plans for a chainwide
rollout of DVD in its corporately-owned West Coast Video stores. In
conjunction with the rollout, West Coast has teamed up with consumer
electronics superstore chain Nobody Beats the Wiz and Warner Home Video to
cross promote DVD hardware with free rentals during the holiday season.

West Coast stores will be stocking DVD software for both rental and
sale.

The DVD cross promotion will provide customers with incentives to
purchase
a DVD player at Nobody Beats the Wiz and receive free rentals from West
Coast
Video stores. Warner Home Video will advertise the cross promotion
throughout
the northeastern United States.

Commenting on the upcoming rollout, Kyle Standley, President and CEO,
stated, “Our test stores have shown increased revenues from DVD rental and
sales. We feel this may be a breakout year for DVD, and West Coast is poised
to take advantage of this technology as an added revenue stream for our
stores.”
