BCI has raised the bar for animated television releases with their treatment of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. The company has in fact just launched a new division called Ink & Paint solely designed for future animated series. But the show that started BCI’s fame comes to an end in September with the final box set of the most powerful man in the universe. He-Man Season Two. Vol. 2 arrives in September.

As if Skeletor wasn’t enough, He-Man now has the occasional menace of Hordak, The Snake Men and the Evil Horde to deal with, not to mention extra birthday shopping for his twin sister.

The exact details are still coming from BCI on this one, but they’ll likely include the same kinds of docoumentaries available on the first three sets of the series.

Arriving on September 6th, the final installment will complete the He-Man collection. Thanks BCI. (We’re all still waiting on the 2002 series. Hint hint).
