We have a deleted scene from American Hustle

Recently, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announced American Hustle for release on DVD and Blu-Ray Disc this March. “American Hustle” has been nominated for 10 Academy Awards and won three Golden Globes, and is clearly one of the hottest movies to arrive on home video these days. In anticipation of the release, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has now revealed a Deleted Scene from the release that you can watch here.

A fictional film set in the alluring world of one of the most stunning scandals to rock our nation, “American Hustle” tells the story of brilliant con man Irving Rosenfeld (Christian Bale), who along with his equally cunning and seductive British partner Sydney Prosser (Amy Adams) is forced to work for a wild FBI agent Richie DiMaso (Bradley Cooper).  DiMaso pushes them into a world of Jersey powerbrokers and mafia that’s as dangerous as it is enchanting.

Jeremy Renner plays Carmine Polito, the passionate, volatile, New Jersey political operator caught between the con-artists and Feds.  Irving’s unpredictable wife Rosalyn (Jennifer Lawrence) could be the one to pull the thread that brings the entire world crashing down.  Like David O. Russell’s previous films (The Fighter, Silver Linings Playbook), “American Hustle” defies genre, hinging on raw emotion, and life and death stakes.

Aside from the deleted scene you can watch here, there release will also contain additional Deleted and Extended Scenes, as well as the Featurette “The Making of American Hustle.”

“American Hustle” arrives in retail stores on March 18 and can be yours for $40.99 as a Blu-Ray/DVD/UltraViolet combo or $30.99 on DVD.
