On a famous Laserdisc commentary, Kevin Smith declared that DVD sucked. Well, perhaps he was prophetically speaking ahead to prepare for the Blu-ray commentary. The film in question; Chasing Amy is coming to Blu-ray along with Clerks and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

The first two films will be regular Blu-ray releases with extras yet to be announced. Apparently, Jay and Silent Bob will only be available in a gift set with the other two films. Although features have yet to be announced on all titles, let’s hope that laserdisc commentary makes the cut.

The discs arrive on November 17th.
