When Warner announced the Batman Anthology coming to Blu-ray, one question rang above all other questions: when would the first two films be available without the latter ones? Well, that answer has been half answered with the announcement of Batman: 20th Anniverary on BLu-ray.

The film will arrive in a digibook case, but will in every other way be identical to the existing Blu-ray in the Anthology set. No word on a “Batman Returns” Blu-ray available for seperate purchase, but both film are available region free from Europe.

The 20th Anniverary Blu-ray will arrive May 19th – one month before the film’s 10th birthday.
