Independent distributor and publisher Image Entertainment has just announced plans to release the French production “Si j’étais toi” under the title The Secret, starring David Duchovny, on DVD and Blu-Ray Disc this fall.

In the spirit of “Ghost” and “Birth,” Hannah and Benjamin (Lili Taylor and David Duchovny) are a happily married couple whose love is tested in ways they could have never imagined. When Hannah is killed in a car accident, the couple’s strong bond may be responsible for an unusual twist of fate that keeps their love alive – at the expense of their daughter (Olivia Thirlby).

The release will feature an anamorphic widescreen of the film with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio. As bonus materials, the release will contain Behind-the-scenes Footage as well as Interviews with the film’s stars David Duchovny, Lili Taylor and Olivia Thirlby. The movie’s Trailer will round ou the disc.

“The Secret” will be told on August 12 for $27.98 on DVD and $35.98 on Blu-Ray Disc.
