For the past few days we’ve been trying every day to see if Sony has made the new firmware update for the Playstation 3 available yet and to our universal excitement, this morning we have indeed found that the Version 2.20 Update is now available for download through the “system Update” menu option of the video game console’s main menu. It is a pretty significant update that does take a little time to download, but clearly, it is an update you don’t want to miss as it adds full Blu-Ray Profile 2.0 compatibility to the PS3, including the much touted “Blu-Ray Live” feature, allowing for interactive content to be accessed through the Internet.
