Anchor Bay goes on a killing spree with Jack Ketchum’s The Lost

Anchor Bay Entertainment has planned the release of Jack Ketchum’s The Lost for March.

Based on the best-selling book by renowned author Jack Ketchum comes “The Lost, ” a psychological thriller about the suburbs, the ennui of small town life… and a serial killer. It is a suburban fairy tale gone horribly wrong. For sadistic sociopath Ray Pye (Marc Senter) and his friends, small-town life is a dead-end road of sex, drugs, liars and losers. Ray’s charm, intelligence and good looks are matched only by his insatiable compulsion to kill. And what begins with a sudden act of senseless violence will climax in a mind-blowing frenzy of depravity… with the worst still to come!

The DVD will feature a 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer of the movie with a 5.1 Dolby Digital audio track. It also contains a Commentary Track featuring novelists Jack Ketchum and Monica O’Rourke.

As additional bonus materials the release will contain Audition Footage, Outtakes and a Storyboard Sequence as well as the movie’s Trailer.

“Jack Ketchum’s The Lost” arrives on March 18 with a $26.97 price tag attached.
