Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has added a Blu-Ray Disc version of the futuristic Arnold Schwarzenegger actioner The 6th Day on their release schedule.

In the not-too-distant future when cloning plants, pets, and human organs is accepted, a sinister corporation has begun illegally duplicating entire human beings. They mistakenly clone the wrong man; a man who is now the only one with the power to expose their evil. They desperately want to kill him, but he will do anything to reclaim his family and life.

Featuring a 1080p transfer and 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus audio track, the Blu-Ray version will also contain extras ,culled from the DVD verions, such as the Showtime Special “The Future is Coming” and the 9 Behind-the-Scenes Featurettes “On The 6th Day.” Also included are Storyboard Comparisons and Animatics as well as the RePet Infomercial and TV Spot.

“The 6th Day” will be available on April 8 for $28.98.
