Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will be revisiting Ice Age: The Meltdown as a new edition with an extra disc of extras this March.
The action heats up—and so does the temperature—for Manny, Sid, Diego and Scrat. Trying to escape the valley to avoid a flood of trouble, the comical creatures embark on a hilarious journey across the thawing landscape and meet Ellie, a female woolly mammoth who melts Manny’s heart.

The new DVD will be in anamorphic widescreen as well as fullscreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Extras include the featurettes Meet The Modeler: How To Create A Model of Sid’s Head Featurette, Scrat: From Head To Toe: Learn How To Draw Scrat Tutorial. Scrat “Breaking Story”, Scrat “News Report”, Hot Is Cold / Cold Is Hot and Migration Adventure plus something called Whack-A-Possum.

The two disc set will arrive March 4th with a suggested retail price of $19.98.
