Al Pacino and Ellen Barkin sizzle it up in high def in Sea Of Love

As they come back to the big screen together in Ocean’s Thirteen this month, Universal Home Entertainment has also scheduled a release of the Ellen Barkin/Al Pacino thriller Sea Of Love for release on HD-DVD.

Veteran New York City police detective Frank Keller (Al Pacino) is a workaholic cop living on the edge. Joining forces with detective Sherman Touhey (John Goodman) to track down a bizarre serial killer, he encounters a beautiful suspect (Ellen Barkin). Convinced of her innocence, Keller enters into a passionate affair, despite hard evidence linking her to the murders. Mounting suspense as Keller finds himself caught in an undercurrent of deception, seduction and betrayal.

The release will feature a 1080p widescreen transfer with a Dolby Digital Plus audio track. No bonus materials have been announced for the release.

“Sea Of Love” is coming to HD-DVD on July 31 for $29.98.
