Although Warner Home Entertainment announced that the upcoming third season DVD set of the CW show Veronica Mars would contain fan testimonials to the program, but yesterday announced that this feature will not make it to the DVD after all. No new submissions are being taken and the existing fan submissions will not be used.

The DVD is still scheduled for release later this year and Warner expressed interest in eventually incorporating the fans into the program.
