Buena Vista Home Entertainment has announced the next Platinum title release. The Jungle Book will be the 10th title in the line. Originally the last Platinum title planned for release in 2009, Disney pumped up their release schedule to get the titles out faster and add 101 Dalmation and Pinocchio to the mix.

The two disc Platinum Edition of The Jungle Book will arrive on October 2nd. Plenty of extras are expected, but none have arrived as of yet.
