Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is rereleaing the kung fu comedy Kung Fu Hustle as a Blu Ray disc later this winter.

In a town ruled by the Axe Gang, Sing desperately wants to
become a member. He stumbles into a slum ruled by eccentric landlords who
turn out to be kung fu masters in disguise. Sing’s actions eventually cause
the Axe Gang and the slumlords to engage in an explosive kung fu battle.
Only one side will win and only one hero will emerge as the greatest kung fu
master of all.

The disc carries a PCM 5.1 Cantonese soundtrack as well as Dolby Digital 5.1 English and French dubs. The disc will also contain deleted scenes, outtakes, a TV special, audio commentary, an interview with director Steven Chou, a poster gallery and TV Spots.

All the kung fu your HDTV can handle is on the way for a December 12th release.
