It’s time for Animaniacs

Whoever said Steven Spielberg isn’t diverse, clearly never lived in 1993. In that year alone, he introduced us to Jurassic Park, Shindler’s List and a little cartoon called Animaniacs. Although a quasi-spinoff from the popular Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs sprung to a success all its own and eventually had its own spin-off series from their anthology of characters Pinky and the Brain. Both series are finally coming to DVD this summer.

Animaniacs: Volume 1carries 25 episodes on five discs and includes the featurette Animaniacs Live!. Pinky and the Brain: Volume 1 carries 22 episodes on four discs and will include the featurette Pinky and The Brain: The Start of All Things Wacky.

Much thanks to Warner Home Entertainment for making these sets available. Both will arrive on July 25th and carry a $44.98 suggested retail price.
