Netflix takes Blockbuster to court

Online DVD rental giant Netflix has taken aim at Blockbuster this week claiming patent infringement on their delivery system. The specifics of the lawsuit have not been disclosed but is being brought forth by investors in Netflix who want to protect their interets.
