Comedy gets a little series with the comedy Kids in America coming to DVD from Screen Media later this year.

In Kids in America, Gregory Smith plays Holden Donovan, a student at Booker High who becomes alarmed when students’ rights champion Mr. Drucker, played by Malik Yoba, gets fired for questioning the oppressive rule of Principal Weller, played by Julie Bowen. It is then that Holden decides to do something about it — along with his classmates, he sets out to establish and defend the right of free expression for high-school students, and launches a campaign against Weller’s bid to become superintendent.

With a $26.98 suggested retail price, the DVD arrives on March 7th.
