Before Albert Brooks looked for Comedy in the Muslim World, he tried to find some goold old fashioned Modern Romance. The film which he directed and stared in is coming to DVD from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Robery Cole a world-class neurotic, and a filmmaker, who obsesses over his girlfriend, Mary – especially after he repeatedly breaks up with her. Driven to the point of distraction by the beautiful bank executive, he constantly wins her back only to immediately lose her again. Filled with envy, Cole interrogates her long-distance callers, harasses her clients, and dogs her every move. Still, even as Robert and Mary’s relationship seems certain to founder once again, there’s always hope.

The disc comes without any supplements, but will arrive on May 6th with a $14.94 suggested retail price.
