Grounded For Life debuts on DVD in February

On February 7, Anchor Bay Entertainment will release the first season of Grounded For Life, a TV series that takes a skewed look at the traditional family sitcom, where the parents are as clueless as the kids.

Sean (Donal Logue) and Claudia Finnerty (Megyn Price) are in their early thirties and trying to raise a family of three in pleasant suburbia, while still holding on to their own youthful and wild ways. The Finnerty clan finds little help in the struggle for the good life from Sean’s curmudgeonly father, Walter, (Richard Riehle) and lazy brother, Eddie (Kevin Corrigan), both of whom create chaos at every turn. “Grounded For Life: Season One” uniquely explores the complications and comedy encountered when Generation-X tries to grow-up.

The four-disc DVD set will contain all 20 episodes form the show’s first season and also come with a number of bonus materials, such as Commentary Tracks starring the cast and the show’s creators Mike Schiff and Bill Martin. You will also find a collection of Bloopers on the release, as well as Interviews with Donal Logue, Megyn Price and Lynsey Bartilson.

“Grounded For Life: Season One” Is heading your way on February 7 and carry a $39.98 price tag.
