The second season of The L Word is coming to DVD this fall from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

The critically-acclaimed Showtime series, about lesbian life in Los Angeles follows a group of friends – both gay and straight – through stories of career, family, inner struggle, friendship and romantic relationships. Populated by an amazing cast and helmed by an extraordinary list of filmmakers, this groundbreaking series has successfully captivated the attention of viewers, critics and journalists with its provocative storylines and widespread appeal.

The set also includes the deleted scenes, shorts, the featurettes L Word Balderdash and L Word Playing with the Girls, a music video, a cast commentary and life changing stories from fans.

The set will arrive on October 25th and will carry a suggested retail price of $69.99.
