The second season of the show that seems to be constantly clinging to life while winning Emmys is coming to DVD just in time for the third season to begin. Arrested Development: The Complete Second Season is coming to DVD from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
Michael Bluth is the good son who must run the family business after his father, George Bluth Sr., escapes from prison and goes on the lamb. While George Sr. spent the last year hiding out in the Bluth attic, Michael continued to pick up the pieces and keep his offbeat family from falling apart. But all Michael really wants is to do right by his 14-year-old son, George Michael, an earnest kid who works diligently at the family’s frozen banana stand.
The three-disc DVD collection includes all 18 episodes from the series’ second season in anamorphic widescreen, as well as audio commentary on selected episodes, deleted scenes, outtakes and a blooper reel.
The set will come home on October 11th and will be priced at $39.98.
