Every twenty years or so starts a new journey for The Caped Crusader. Somewhere between the Adam West camp and the introspective world of Christopher Nolan fell the disparate visions of Tim Burton and Joel Schumacher in the eighties and nineties. All four of their films are being re-released as special editions later this year.

Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever and the fourth Batman film will all be released October 18th with commentaries, featurettes and documentaries. The titles are available for $26.99 each. A box set Batman: The Motion Picture Anthology 1989-1997 contains all four films for $79.92.
