Capital Entertainment has just announced plans to release the second season of Jamie Oliver’s hit series Oliver’s Twist as a 2-disc DVD set in September.

One the most recognizable and revered culinary artists, Jamie Oliver’s cookbooks are best-sellers the world over and his numerous television series are global hits on top-rated broadcast channels. The second season of the immensely popular series continues its authentic “behind the scenes” look at Oliver doing what he loves most – cooking his favorite dishes for people he meets from all over the world in the privacy of his personal apartment, but inviting audiences in on the entire process, start to finish. Like the highly-rated first season, the new DVD blends the culture and style of London street life with interesting people and delectable food, and is ultimately about every day people cooking and eating real food.

The double-disc DVD set will be in stores on September 6 and carry a $29.98 suggested retail price.
