Executive produced by KISS-front man Gene Simmons, My Dad The Rockstar is the cartoon series about a slightly different family. Dad’s a rock star, Mom’s a cool chick, daughter is trendy and the youngest one of the bunch is the slightly nerdy son, who tries to simply survive the antics of his family, while the house staff consists of roadies.

FUNImation is bringing “My Dad The Rockstar” to DVD on September 20 with a release called “Dad’s Debut,” the first one in a series of releases of the Nickelodeon show. The DVD features a live-action interview with Gene Simmons and carry a suggested retail price of $16.98.
