We just got word that the comic book adaptation of “Elektra” starring Jennifer Garner is already making its DVD debut on April 5. The film’s super-lukewarm box office reception may have contributed to the fast to-video turnaround, but here she comes…

“Elektra” will feature an anamorphic widescreen transfer, of course, and will also be available separately as a pan & scan version. The release contains a selection of Deleted Scenes as well as a Making Of Featurette and a Featurette called Inside The Editing Room – maybe to show you how to attempt the illusion – and fail – to make people with no martial arts experience look like they are actually doing something. J

“Elektra” will have a low $19.95 price tag and will be found in retail stores on April 5.
