Universal is putting the finishing touches on the upcoming DVD release of Ray. The three versions of the disc will arrive this spring.

Fullscreen and anamorphic widescreen versions of the film will be available separately with an audio commentary with director Taylor Hackford, cast and filmmaker biographies, deleted scenes, extended musical scenes, the featurettes Stepping into the Part, Ray Remembered and A Look Inside Ray and a theatrical trailer.

A special two disc edition will also contain an additional longer version of the film and the specials The Women of Ray, The Filmaker’s Journey and Ray: An American Story.

All three versions arrive on February 1st.
