Hot off of Annette Bening’s Golden Globe win, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing the film Being Julia.
Julia Lambert is a true diva: beautiful, talented, wealthy and famous. She has it all – including a devoted husband who has masterminded her brilliant career – but after years of shining in the spotlight she begins to suffer from a sever case of boredom and longs for something new and exciting to put a twinkle back in her eye. Julia finds exactly what she’s looking for in a handsome young American fan, but it isn’t long the novelty fling adds a few more sparks than she was hoping for, this surprise twist in the plot will thrust her back into the greatest role of her life – Being Julia.
The disc presents the film in anamorphic widescreen and Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Additionally, the package includes an audio commentary, deleted scenes and a behind the scenes featurette.
On March 22nd, the DVD arrives with a $26.96 price.
