The Ren & Stimpy Show:Season 1 & 2

On Paramount Home Entertainment’s release of the “Ren & Stimpy Show: Season 1 and 2” the studio has also added an interesting little tidbit out of immediate sight.

Insert the second disc of the DVD set and from the Main Menu go to the “Bonus Features.” There, highlight the menu entry for the “Banned” episode“ Man’s Best Friend.” Now press the “Left” arrow key on your remote control and Stimpy will appear in one of the frames on the left side of the screen. You can hear him say “Okay kids, it’s time for a secret cartoon.” With that the “Man’s Best Friend” episode will start automatically, only this time with a commentary track featuring Spumco artist Eddie Fitzgerald.
