Kids WB is letting the blue alien Zolar get his own movie with Zolar: The Extreme Sports Movie coming from Warner Home Video.

After coming close to being kicked off the skateboarding circuit, a team of young semi-pro athletes are in need of some help. They meet real life sports legend Jason Ellis who tells them about a coach who may be able to get them to the top. Coach Sylvester “Skip” Crovo gladly accepts to help the team. His only stipulation is that they allow his son Zolar to join them. They agree, but when they meet Zolar, he is very different from the rest of them. He has blue skin, funny looking ears and a big nose.

The DVD contains featurettes on prosthetics and the cast. With a suggested retail price of $14.96, the disc arrives on January 11th.
