Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has more in store with a new unrated version of The Girl Next Door coming to DVD this fall.

Eighteen-year-old Matthew Kidman is a straight-laced overachiever who has never really lived life – until he falls for his hot new neighbor. When Matthew discovers his perfect girl next door is a former porn star, his sheltered existence spins out of control.

The DVD contains not only the longer cut of the film, but 15 deleted scenes with optional commentary, a theatrical trailer and an alternate ending.

The DVD arrives on August 24th.
