Without a Trace appears this summer

Warner Home Entertainment is packaging up the 2002-2003 season of the investigative series Without a Trace for DVD release.

The is the story of the Missing Persons Squad of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. By applying advanced psychological profiling techniques, the special task force is able to peel back the layers of the victims’ lives and trace their whereabouts in order to determine if the missing person has been abducted, murdered, committed suicide or has simply run away. The team reconstructs a “Day of Disappearance” timeline that details every minute of the 24 hours prior to the disappearance, following one simple rule: learn who the victim is in order to learn where the victim is.

The set will include the entire first season as well as “Missing Evidence” – a collection of un-aired scenes, the uncut version of the finale, the featurettes “The Motive” and “Fingerprints” plus an audio commentary on the finale.

The set will arrive on September 7th and retail at $59.98.
