David Mamet has penned another suspense, this time in the form of Spartan. The DVD will arrive later this year from Warner Home Entertainment.

FBI. CIA. Secret Service. Black Ops. Robert Scott is all of these. And none of these. His newest assignment: find the possibly kidnapped daughter of a high government official before the story leaks.

The DVD will appropriately be pretty spartan itself containing only the film itself in anamorphic widescreen and Dolby Digital 5.1 plus an audio commentary from Val Kilmer.

The DVD will arrive on June 15th and carry a suggested retail price of $24.98.
