You heard right, the 1984-1992 sitcom is coming to DVD – or more precisely, the first season is coming when Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment presents Who’s the Boss: The complete first season.

Retiring from the hectic routine of city life in Brooklyn to spend more time with his daughter Samantha, Tony agrees to work as a domestic in the suburbs of Connecticut for uptight divorcee Angela Bower, a workaholic advertising executive who needs help around the house, especially with her shy son Jonathan and her man-hungry vixen mother Mona Robinson. Tony soon wins them all over with his laid-back style. Over time, romantic tensions begin to surface between Angela and Tony, but through it all, this unique “family” develops a loving bond for each other.

The set will contain all 22 episodes from the 1984-85 season in their original fullscreen. Seven featurettes will also be included: Brooklyn meets Connecticut, Tony Micelli: Man of the House, Angela Bower: President of the Corporation, Mona…Mona…Mona…And the Children…, Samantha and Jonathan, Opposites Attract and How Will It End?.

The set will carry a $39.95 suggested retail price and will arrive on June 8th.
