Hired to coach in the All-American Girls Baseball League of 1943 while the male pros are at war, Jimmy Dugan finds himself drawn back into the game by the heart and heroics of his all-girl team.

At the risk of getting nostalgic, this is a disc that harkens back to the original idea of what DVD could offer; not a bunch of fluff featurettes, but a list of extras to enhance the enjoyment of the original film. The movie will be shown in both fullscreen and anamorphic widescreen with an audio commentary and fifteen deleted scenes, the new documentary: “Nine Memorable Innings”, a Madonna music video, filmographies and theatrical trailers.

With a suggested retail price of $24.95, the disc will slide into home on April 20th.
