Already gathering Oscar buzz, the true tale of Seabiscuit is coming to DVD from Warner Brothers Home Entertainment this winter.

Three unimpressive men and one unimpressive horse never amounted to anything alone, but together, they became the horse racing team that not only won the races, but the imagination of a nation in sore need of good cheer.

Like many recent releases, separate anamorphic widescreen and fullscreen versions of the film will be available with audio in Dolby Digital 5.1. An audio commentary will also be included along with the featurettes “Bringing the Legend to Life: The Making of Seabiscuit” , “Anatomy of a Movie Moment” and “Seabiscuit: Racing Through History” , a still gallery and trailers.

All together the package will arrive on December 16th and carry a $27.95 suggested retail price.
