Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment will be releasing the entire run of the short-lived superhero spoof The Tick this fall including an unaired episode.

Based on the fan-favorite comic book by creator Ben Edlund, this live-action series follows The Tick as he confronts evil powers. In a city filled with danger, one man stands in the shadows, waiting for evil to rear its ugly head, and feel the power of his superhuman noogie!

All nine episodes of the show including the previously unaired The Terror and an alternate version of the pilot will be on the set. Each episode will be presented in anamorphic widescreen and will contain a Dolby Surround soundtrack. Audio commentaries will be available on select episodes from Tick creator Ben Edlund and director Barry Sonnenfeld.

So fans of the animated Tick will have to wait further, but the live-action adventures will arrive on September 30th with a suggested retail price of $29.95.
