Dreamcatcher arrives from Warner

Warner Brothers Home Entertainment is getting ready to release this summer’s Steven King story Dreamcatcher as a special edition DVD.

Four friends share a special bond in childhood, but none of them know what it means. When they reunite decades later in a cabin in the woods, supernatural powers converge as they realize the need for their united powers.

Two versions of the DVD will be available, a fullscreen version and an anamorphic widescreen transfer. Both will contain a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack and identical features including the featurettes “DreamWriter – An Interview with Stephen King”, “DreamMakers – A Journey Through the Production” and “DreamWeavers – The Visual Effects of Dreamcatcher”, deleted scenes including an alternate ending and the theatrical trailer.

With a suggested retail price of $27.95, the discs will arrive on September 30th.
