Wellspring gets some Bad Company

French films are rarely described as trendy, but the 1999 Jean-Pierre Améris film Mauvaises Frequentations (Bad Company) goes against genre and hits DVD this summer.

Fourteen year old Delphine (Maud Forget) is a shy, normal teenager, living with her middle class parents. As the new school year begins, Delphine meets new comer Olivia (Lou Doillon). Olivia, a tall, fashionably bold and sexually experienced young girl, is the complete opposite of Delphine. The two girls are instantly drawn to each other and quickly become the best of friends.
The disc will be presented in anamorphic widescreen but with very little in the way of supplemental material.

The disc is scheduled for a June 10th release with a suggested retail price of $24.95.
