Columbia TriStar gets Spun

Columbia TriStar will be releasing the drama Spun later this year in both R-Rated and unrated cuts on DVD.

Spun centers on college dropout and out-of-control speed freak Ross who is introduced to the local crystal meth cook through his dealer Spider Mike and agrees to become his personal driver in exchange for free drugs. With his friends Nikki, Cookie and Frisbee in tow, a massive three-day adventure ensues as he ricochets from one bizarre situation to the next, descending deeper and deeper into the insomniac, anarchic and amoral world of meth junkies and the strange characters who inhabit it.

Both cuts of the film will be presented in anamorphic widescreen with audio in Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. An audio commentary, deleted scenes, a music video, TV spots, a Cook Brothers trailer and the theatrical trailer will all be included.

The price of $24.95 will be attached to the discs which will both arrive on July 22nd.
