Strand Releasing Home Video will be releasing an official selection from Cannes, the dark thriller La Répétition.

Nathalie and Louise are two professional women who rekindle their friendship after a tumultuous break-up ten years before. Meeting by chance after a decade apart, Louise insinuates herself into Nathalie’s life, and lives through her vicariously. The two become embroiled in an erotic and emotional co-dependency that fuels their passion, but ultimately tears them apart.

The DVD itself will be widescreen with audio in Dolby Digital 5.1, but nothing has been released concerning extras.

The disc will street on May 8th and carry a suggested retail price of $29.99.
