At a Hollywood celebration of ILM and Skywalker Sound, filmmaker George Lucas spoke on many topics including the conviction that the original versions of his Star Wars trilogy will not make it to DVD. Although it has been hinted for some time, that only the 1997 special editions of the film would ever be put on video again, the confirmation came from Lucas on the subject.
