Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment is planning three new titles to join the Superbit line. The Rock Opera Tommy, the action/horror video game adaptation Resident Evil and the bizzarro animated Heavy Metal 2000.

Like all Superbit tiles, the films will be presented in anamorphic widescreen with the maximum bitrate available and audio in Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1. No other features will be included.

All three titles will be available to own on December 17th and will have the unusual retail price of $27.96.
