Buena Vista Home Entertainment is looking to cash in on the eventualSpider-Man release by releasing more of the animated fare of our friendly neighborhood webslinger. Spider-Man: The Return of the Green Goblin is coming in October.

It’s double the action, double the trills and double the Goblins as Spider-Man is entangled in a web of treachery in “Spider-Man: The Return of the Green Goblin.” The Webslinger has his hands full when his arch-nemesis, The Green Goblin, returns and discovers his true identity. The action gets even hotter with the arrival of another evil enemy – The Hobgoblin.

In addition to 80 minutes of episodes, the DVD containst a classic 1967 episode, a Rogues’ Challenge and interviews with creator Stan Lee. The episodes are presented in their original fullscreen.

Arriving on October 29th, the new DVD will be priced at $19.99.
