DVD shows us Life or Something Like It

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is ready to release the recent romantic comedy Life or Something Like It on DVD this fall.

Lanie is a beautiful, ambitious newscaster who thinks that having the perfect hair, perfect boyfriend and perfect apartment adds up to the perfect life, until an encounter with a street psychic throws her world into chaos. With the help of her handsome, wise-cracking co-worker Pete, Lanie must face a destiny as hilarious as it is romantic.

The new disc will include both an anamorphic widescreen and fullscreen version of the film on the same disc, going against the recent trend of separate aspect ratio releases. The film will also include audio in Dolby Digital 5.1 and despite being labeled a special edition, the disc will only contain an audio commentary with director Stephen Herek and a theatrical trailer.

Retail price on the new disc is $27.98, the DVD will arrive on October 15th.
