Anchor Bay Home Entertainment has acquired the rights to several key films from celebrated director Wim Wenders. The film included in the deal are The American Friend, Notebook on Cities and Clothes, Nick’s Film Lightning Over Water, The Scarlet Letter and Chamber 666.

The first three films; “The American Friend”, “Notebook on Cities and Clothes”, and “Nick’s Film Lightning Over Water” will be coming from Anchor Bay in the fall and the remaining films in the deal will begin showing up in 2003. While no details have been finalized on any of these titles, Anchor Bay has promised their trademark level of commitment to the films.
