Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment has just unveiled plans to release the German comedy Advertising Rules!, also known as “Viktor Vogel – Commercial Man” on DVD in February.

Viktor Vogel is an ambitious and eccentric young advertising student who lands his dream job only to realize he is the pawn in an elaborate scheme to close a big account for car maker Opel. In order to please his new employers, Viktor must deceive his new girlfriend by stealing her brilliant idea for the campaign.

The DVD will feature an anamorphic widescreen transfer of the movie with a 5.1 channel Dolby Digital audio track in German with English subtitles, as well as an English dubbed track. The DVD will also contain a “Making Of” Featurette as well as a number of Deleted Scenes. An Alternate Opening and an Alternate Ending for the movie will also be found on the disc, as well as some additional B-Roll Footage.

“Advertising Rules!” is coming to DVD on February 19 and will carry a suggested retail price of $29.95.
