Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment has struck a distribution deal with MGM Home Entertainment allowing them to release six of Luc Besson’s films together in a new box set. The Luc Besson Collection will include the films “The Big Blue”, “The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc”, “Leon: The Professional”, “Subway”, “The Fifth Element” and “La Femme Nikita”.

It appears that all six discs will be the existing DVDs with no extra features including MGM’s “La Femme Nikita” disc. “The Fifth Element” will be the current edition, not the upcoming Superbit edition.

“The Luc Besson Collection” will carry a suggested retail price of $175.95.
