Warner Home Videobrings on Elvis and lets the dog out on hot new DVDs

Warner Home Video has announced the upcoming arrival of two of their recent films; the Kevin Costner crime story 3000 Miles to Graceland and the irreverent See Spot Run. “3000 Miles to Graceland” follows the paths of ex-convicts posing as Elvis impersonators who rob a Las Vegas casino during an Elvis Presley fan convention. When Thomas (Kevin Costner) decides to keep the money for himself, his partner (Kurt Russell) must hunt him down. But when a single mother (Courteney Cox) gets involved, their paths lead to chaos.

Meanwhile, while Courteney is holding off the Elvis impersonators, her husband is having troubles of his own in “See Spot Run”. David Arquette plays Gordon, a mailman who takes in a stray dog only to learn that it’s an FBI drug-sniffing canine that has escaped from a witness protection program and is now targeted for assassination by a crime boss. Gordon tries to protect the dog, but it may be Gordon who needs protection.

No word yet on supplements or technical specifications, but both discs will be available this August; “3000 Miles to Graceland” coming August 7th for $19.98, and “See Spot Run on August 28th, 2001 with a suggested retail price of $24.98.
